Brittany Taylor started her fitness journey when she first entered college. She had been a dedicated athlete in high school, and dreamed of continuing to pursue sports at the collegiate level. Once she got to college, however, Brittany quickly realized that college athletics were far more demanding than what she was used to. Despite feeling intimidated and overwhelmed by the steep learning curve, Brittany worked hard to stay dedicated to improving her form and dedication to physical fitness.

Despite initially feeling out of her depth and unsure of herself, Brittany kept pushing forward. With each passing day, she continued to learn more about proper technique for lifting and sports conditioning, eventually earning the admiration of both students and faculty members alike for her hard work and determination.

Eventually Brittany made the decision to pursue a degree in Personal Training. Taking on two part-time jobs while completing her courses was difficult but with great perseverance Brittany persevered through all of the late night study sessions and tough exams.

Once graduated with honors from a top doctoral program in exercise physiology, Brittany was determined to pursue her dream of becoming a personal trainer. Her intensity coupled with her sheer determination allowed Brittany to finally achieve this goal after years of grinding away at it behind closed doors.
