At Equilibrium Personal Training, we’re proud to offer our clients a top-notch team of knowledgeable and experienced trainers. Our team consists of certified professionals who bring a variety of unique skills and knowledge to the table.

Richard Shaw is Equilibrium’s senior fitness coach and head trainer. An expert in strength and conditioning, Richard is certified as a CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) by the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). He also has certifications from the NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) in Performance Enhancement, Fitness Nutrition, and Exercise Therapy. With over 10 years of professional experience coaching athletes at all levels, Richard is an invaluable asset to the Equilibrium team.

Stasia Manning brings her expertise in nutrition counseling as well as women’s health coaching to the Equilibrium program. Certified with Precision Nutrition, Stasia has been providing nutrition advice for over six years. Her experience working one on one with private clients makes her an ideal coach for understanding individual health goals. She is also well versed in lifestyle changes that can aid people in achieving those goals.

Trevor Jones comes to Equilibrium with a wealth of knowledge in strength training; he holds certifications from both ACE (American Council on Exercise) and AFAA (Aerobics & Fitness Association of America). His ability to craft individualized training programs make him an integral part of Equilum’s success. Trevor enjoys breaking through plateaus while helping clients exceed their own expectations when it comes to fitness progressions.

Jasmine King rounds out the Equilibrium team with her experience working with youth athletes as well as adults who are looking for corrective exercise protocols that help reduce or prevent injuries from sport specific activities. Flying Beginnings Certified by the National Academy Of Sports Medicine (NASM-CES), Jasmine works with individuals for long term injury prevention techniques such as flexibility training and proper body mechanics education .
