One of my favorite exercises to do is the burpee. It’s a great whole-body workout that really gets your heart rate up. Plus, it’s a relatively simple exercise that can be modified to fit any fitness level.

Here’s how to do a burpee:

1. Start in a standing position.

2. Drop down to the floor and place your hands on the ground.

3. Jump your feet back to a plank position.
